Starting in their mid-30s, I believe women start to truly find their own voices. And if memes are born from grains of truth, around age 45, all bets are off. Many women are ready for something different in their lives.

Ready and practiced are two different states of being. Sometimes we need a partner to ask the right questions and prompt new discoveries. That’s where a coach comes in.

I’ve been there and I want to be your coach. I firmly believe you hold many of your own answers already. Using the right set of questions, I can help you uncover the path that will help you move forward in alignment and intention with your passion and purpose.

    We Start with You

    You’re leading the work. What is it that YOU are trying to transition to? What’s been on your mind?

    Discovery

    Through a series of open ended questions, curiosity, and deep listening, you begin to uncover how to bring your truth, passion, and purpose into alignment with your life.

    Iterate

    We can’t do this in one day. Meeting 2-3 times a month over a period of 3-4 months, you will find the gap between your intention and your experience narrow.

    We take stock each week, but after our full engaged time we pause and celebrate how far you’ve come!

What Sets Me Apart

Have you ever met someone who you instinctively know is on your side? Who is not only inquisitive and warm, but invested?

I choose coaching because I fundamentally believe in power of having a partner who believes in the availability one’s own truth. And that we can tap into it with dedicated time, patience, and curiosity.

I choose women who are at this stage in their lives because being in community with women is core to who I am. When women partner together, I have found that a generosity of spirit is often created. I believe in this spirit and it calls to me in my work.
