Coaching

Periods of recalibration call for thoughtful partnership.

I coach women as they uncover clarity and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

Does This Feel Familiar?

Many women reach a point in their lives where their own voice becomes clearer - and harder to ignore. They begin to sense that something needs to shift, even if they can’t yet name exactly what that is.

Being ready for change and being prepared for it are two different things. Sometimes, what helps most is a thoughtful partner - someone who asks the right questions and creates space for new insight. That’s where coaching comes in.

I’ve been there, and I’d be honored to be your coach. I believe you already hold many of your own answers. Through careful listening and purposeful questions, I help women uncover what’s next and move forward with greater alignment, intention, and confidence in what matters most to them.

I’ve had an amazing career. How am I supposed to ‘settle’ into retirement when I still feel capable and curious?

There’s so much to figure out after my divorce. I feel overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.

With my kids all off to college, I suddenly have more time - and I’m not sure how to fill it. I feel like I’ve lost a muscle I used to have.

I’m not sure the career I’ve been building still aligns with my values. I know I want a new chapter - I just don’t know what it looks like yet.

The Process

Coaching begins with you. You lead the work as we explore what’s currently asking for recalibration - what no longer fits, what feels unclear, and the signals you may be beginning to notice.

Through open‑ended questions, curiosity, and deep listening, we create new understanding together. Over time, you uncover how to bring forward your own truth, passion, and sense of purpose.

Most clients meet with me two to four times per month over a period of three to four months. As the work unfolds, the gap between intention and lived experience begins to narrow, allowing next steps to feel clearer and more attainable.

We pause regularly to reflect on progress and insight. The true value of coaching is carried with you—showing up in increased clarity, alignment, and confidence in how you move forward.

A Little About Me

Have you ever met someone you instinctively know is on your side—someone curious, warm, and fully invested?

Hi, I’m Christine Flott.

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for your own knowing. As a coach I believe your truth already exists within you. My role is not to fix or push toward quick answers, but to partner with you as that truth becomes clearer - through dedicated time, patient exploration, and genuine curiosity.

I see coaching as a thoughtful partnership grounded in listening, inquiry, and trust. I bring warmth and curiosity to the work, alongside structure and intention. We move without pressure to perform. The process is shaped by where you are and what you need - not by a formula or a prescribed path.

I’m especially drawn to working with women in periods of recalibration because being in meaningful community with women is foundational to who I am. I work to help barriers fall away, making genuine collaboration possible. Clarity, confidence, and forward momentum follow. This spirit fuels my work and shapes how I show up as a coach.
